The Outdoor Terrace is 1,200 sq ft, available April through October, and features 180-degree elevated views, original Italian wrought-iron railings, bar setup space, string lighting infrastructure, and sunset-facing orientation. It accommodates 75-100 guests and is ideal for cocktail hours, sunset photos, and intimate dinners.
The Great Room is 2,800 sq ft and features soaring ceilings, original 1900s chandeliers, a hardwood dance floor, built-in uplighting, floor-to-ceiling windows with garden views, and a professional sound system available for rent. It is available year-round and is ideal for receptions, dinner, and dancing.
Yes. Belvedere Estate offers on-site overnight accommodations with 10 private en-suite guest rooms sleeping up to 20 guests. Pricing is available on inquiry.
Belvedere Estate offers three wedding packages: Signature Ceremony & Reception (from $3,000 off-season / $5,900 prime season), Signature Coordination Package including 6-month coordination (from $5,500 off-season / $8,400 prime season), and Signature Planning Package including full-year planning (from $8,000 off-season / $10,900 prime season). All packages include the ceremony and reception space and a getting-ready suite.
Belvedere Estate's outdoor spaces -- the Garden Ceremony Space and Outdoor Terrace -- are available April through October. The Great Room and The Cottage are available year-round for indoor events and wedding party preparation.
The Garden Ceremony Space accommodates up to 250 guests for outdoor ceremonies. The Great Room accommodates up to 80 guests for indoor receptions. The Outdoor Terrace accommodates 75-100 guests for cocktail hours.

Belvedere Estate offers exclusive full-weekend residency rather than a single-day rental. Couples and their guests inhabit the private estate from arrival through the morning of departure, with access to historic Italian gardens, a lakefront terrace, a grand ballroom, and on-site overnight accommodations for up to 20 guests across 10 en-suite rooms.

Event liability insurance is required for all events and must be secured prior to your event date. Coverage can be purchased through our preferred partner, Wedsure.
We also strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation and Postponement Insurance. While this coverage is not required, it can provide valuable protection against unexpected circumstances, including weather-related disruptions, especially given the outdoor nature of the venue.
We require an initial deposit to reserve your dates, with the final balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers for your convenience.
Belvedere provides full bar service through our licensed and professional staff. To ensure compliance and service quality, outside alcohol is not permitted, though we offer a range of curated beer, wine, and spirits packages to suit your tastes.
We offer beautiful indoor settings for all ceremonies and events. Our team monitors the forecast closely, collaborating with you to finalize any transitions 24 to 48 hours before your event.
Yes. The Residence at Belvedere offers private suites for the wedding couple and their immediate party. This allows you to inhabit the estate for the duration of your residency, from your arrival through the morning of your departure.
To ensure the highest culinary standards, we work exclusively with a curated selection of preferred catering partners who are intimately familiar with our estate and equipped to deliver exceptional service in our unique setting.
Certainly. While we provide a list of trusted partners, you are welcome to bring your own creative team. For the protection of your event and the estate, we require all outside vendors to be licensed and insured.
Your residency includes exclusive access to the estate grounds, setup and breakdown, and on-site logistical support.
To secure your preferred dates, particularly during the peak season of May through October, we recommend inquiring 12 to 18 months in advance. We occasionally have availability for shorter timelines and welcome your inquiry regardless of the date.
